BCM 450 home page

I am having problems with Element Manager but when I access the BCM home page to download a fresh copy I just get an error message where application loader should be.

I can access it from other laptops so I am sure it is an IE problem. I tried to uninstall and load Java fresh and IE 8 but I still get the same message.

Any help appreciated
