I have a BCM450 and the general delivery mailbox has been unattended since we moved our office. (now has 2900 messages in it!)
Is there any way to delete all of the messages? I am pretty sure that since this is the GD mailbox I cannot delete it.

I tried to disable the GD mailbox and then re-enabled it however that has no affect on the messages in the box.

Any ideas out there? (other than get a temp to delete messages...)

Thanks!

Two things you can do;

1. Re-install callpilot, you will lose all programming, greeting and messages

2. Get a unified messaging licence and download/delete from outlook

I would go for the UM licence personally.

Thanks! removing the programming is not an option right now. Looks like we get someone on modified duties to delete voicemails..... LOL!

I would get a unified messaging Try&Buy license, 2900 messages will take a long time...

I know this is a bit late, but why not just delete the mailbox and create the mailbox again.
No need to re-install Callpilot...

That works with any mailbox EXCEPT the General Delivery mailbox.

I had a temp student here and I set them loose on it for a day! LOL!
