BCM 450 freezing

We havea BCM 450 which freezes....the people lose their conversations for about 1-2 seconds...then it comes back...happens about 3-4 times a day. had installed some GASM8 mods awhile back...had some error messages...but could this be the root of the problem?

Are all your users on IP or wired phones?. Is the system patched up to date?. Did you check that the GASM dipswitches were correct?.

They are on digital sets only....dip swithces are correct
