BCM 450 Feature

Was just ask a question by a customer that had me puzzuled. We just upgraded them to a BCM450 from a MICS. The question asked was this. When calling another person in the office who is on their phone, the MICS used to display on the calling extension "On another call". Can the BCM450 do this as well?

Until the question was asked, I presumed that it did, but have never tried it.

Anyone encountered this request before?

It will, unless you have forward on busy or dnd on busy turned on for the called party.
