BCM 450 faxing

Hi All,
Have anyone had any issue with desktop faxes cutting short?
We just installed desktop faxing on the BCM 450 however, when a fax is set we don't receive all the faxes the message is cut short.

Any help is appreciated.

I've never had any issues with it

Bcm patched up to date?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling

Yes I have add this. Check the PRI clocking and make sure it is set for primary.
