Bcm 450 do not disturb issue

I have a bcm450 that the customer would like dnd disabled/deactivated/set locked globally on all sets due to employee abuse. He only wants to lock this one feature. I read another post about set lock full/ partial. Can this be done, for only one feature?

DND (DO Not Disturb on busy) can be turned off/on in capabilities on a per extension basis. I think the same would apply to set lock. I don't recall this being a global feature.
