Bcm 450 destination Codes

I am using a code of 74a with 0 thru 9 checked
I want to split out 745 numbers so I unchecked the
5 and assign 745. The problem is it won't let
Me check the 0 thru 8 boxes I'm trying to free up
7459 only

I always find it easier to start building from the longest DES code and work my way to the shortest.
