BCM 450 Contact Center priority calls

anyone know of a way to prioritize calls.

Example: callers calls 800-xxx-xxxx press 1 for client 2 for tech.
I want my agents to be able to handle both type of calls but I would like my customer calls to be priority.

I can't think of a way this could be done.
First come first serve
