When using call pilot manager I get the internal server error. in alarms it says f983wui was not deactivated properly last time. Has anyone seen this problem before?? I can use the telephone to program but they want to have the computer access.
Here is what I have done so far, I have rebooted twice, hard reset and I have re-initialized the voicemail and I still get the same thing. It just doesn't make sense to me. Do you have another idea I could try?
Thank you
You might want to try doing a restore to factory default on just the Call Pilot components. That's different from just doing a re-initialization.
If you don't know how to do it, just go into the Backup/Restore section and select Restore. when that opens up, click the arrow for the drop down box and select factory defaults right at the bottom. When the big warning pops up, just click ok (or proceed or whatever it says). Not to worry, it doesn't start just yet. Then another box opens up where you select the components you want to restore. Be careful here because they will all be checked so just uncheck everything except the ones you want, click ok and follow any other prompts. Depending on which components you select, the system may or may not require a reboot, but it will tell you beforehand.
I've used this before when I've run into these strange types of problems. And of course, make sure your system is patched up to date.
I gave this a try and it let me go a bit further, I can get into main login screen the try to build a mailbox I get the server error but I no longer get the alarm. I have a feeling that software is corrupted. Any thoughts???
