BCM 450 Caller ID Name and Number

Have BCM450 RLS 6 wiith PRI handoff from Integrated T1. Were not getting Name presently even when toggling after answering or setting sets to show name first. Carriier told us to "check our settings". which did not make me happy. To prove issue was with carrier brought IP Office test system to location and plugged in. And very surprisingly to me. It received NAME AND NUMBER. So is there any setting in BCM that can be changed so we get Name. I've always been of position BCM shows what it gets and have never had issue before. It is first time working with this carrier.

It might be an idea to use the BCM Monitor tool to trace the messaging on your incoming calls.

Firebird.
Went into BCM Monitor. Getting 3125551212-?DNIS:6012 with 6012 being 4 digits received from carrier.
Also quick configuration note. PRI is configured as NI-2.

I don't have much knowledge on NI-2 circuits, but it does seem to me that the BCM is picking up the incoming CLID OK of the callers phone number.

Did the system ever work properly or has this always been a issue? As for NI2 that is pretty much the standard for our PRI's. Did you verify all your framing and coding matches the carrier?
