BCM 450 Backup Question

Quick question, I can't seem to find an answer via the Nortel docs.

Will a backup drop the sets and/or voicemail on a BCM 450 ? I need to complete one during business hours.

Backups should not but may slow the system down a tad.
Most schedule the backup overnight once a week.

On a 400 the vmail services go down briefly.
