BCM 450 and IP Phone Issue

A customer of mine has a 450 and has 7 IP phones on it. Just recently the ip phones have been losing connection intermittently. This happens every hour or so and they will come back after a few minutes. Nothing in the system has been changed. They were having some IP issues, but those have been resolved and there still is an issue with the phones. The digital sets are functioning just fine. Any thoughts?

Checked network?

Is the voice in a separate vlan from the data?

system is patched. According to the network guys, the network is fine now and they say that they don't have a vlan.

Do you have BCM450.R100.SU.SYSTEM-009 which was released on 13 October? It contains newer (but not latest) IP phone firmware.
