bcm 450 4.0 conference

On a 450 4.0 with out ad hoc conferencing, does anyone know what feature to use to bring multiple parties into conference?

how many people can be on a conference?

how do you remove a party from conference after its started? Lets say you have 6 people in a conference and you want to kick someone out.

Either you have a bcm400 4.0 or a Bcm450 R1/R5.In either case log on to your bcm on the main page and look under documentation for the Bcm system feature guide.
Under "Conference" it explains it all.
