BCM 400

Am new to BCM systems, old hat at MICS

Have a BCM 400 3.7, Have finally got the ee_admin login to work. What I cannot see is the system configuration headings under "Services - Telephoney Service". That is all I get. No other sub menus. Any suggestions, I have not been able to find in the documentation files what I am missing.

Ive never logged in with ee_admin and all the menus were not there. If it is still set as administrator you might have to reboot that.

Maybe someone else knows a real fix, I just have never seen it that way.

I found the answer searching some old threads. i level of Java that I was running was too high. Once I deleted it and loaded 1.4.2 everything appeared.

I think it was 1.6 level 11?
I think the highest now works with level 12.

If the latest version doesn't work, you may not be patched to current level.
