F871 says denied in admin. What heading do i start in? Is it under system or services? Or am I way off?

U need to go into Serivces and change it from off to either manual or auto depending on your setup.

It could also mean the telephone your pressing the Ftr871 from is not the Control Set.

I know You posted F871, but what is it you are trying to do?

I have seen people try a Feature code to do something and they where using the wrong code, so lets make sure where all trying to do the samething.

I programmed the operator phone with F871 but never went into program the system yet.

You need to assign the lines to a ring grp and then assign that ring grp to night svc and assign what DN (possibly vmail pilot DN) to that ring grp.

If you don't program the system, it won't work.
