I have a BCM 400 rls 3.7 with a PRI T1 which clocks off the local telco, XO communications the T1 is showing clock slips and on the alarm set I see message 336–0 that I cannot find me information about.
Mr hi is intermittent and if course telco states it's the phone system.
We installed another dti module but same problem.
The last mile is provided by Att and the also say they see clock slips

XO communications did a 30 minute stress test on the T1 at the NIU and said they didn't find any problems but again this is an intermittent problem

Any thoughts?

According to the information in the Norstar Alarm and Event Code Manual a 336-0 says "A long-term alarm has cleared in the DTI cartridge. No action required". Is the customer complaining about trouble? If not I wouldn't worry about it. And what's a Mr hi?

If it isn't service affecting, but the customer is complaining about the alarms popping on the alarm set, change the alarm set to one in the phone room, or somewhere innocuous. If it gets worse, act the telco to swap their T1 cards, they will have at least two cards, on at the customer site and one in the CO (remote).
