bcm 400 with ccrs...

hi everyone, long time i didn't play with ccrs and now im lost.... everything is done proper to the documentatin but i have this error in front of my eyes...
"CannotConnectToDB" from contact center connection...
any help please

Make sure the IP address on the connection page is correct.
