BCM 400 with 4.0 and 2 BCM 50s with 2.0

I have a customer with a BCM 400 4.0 at their main site and 2 BCM 50s at remote site. We are using VOIP trunks to connect between and also using centralized VM. Everything is working fine except the message waiting indicator when a call goes into VM at the remore sites.
Any suggestions?

It's under Telco features systemwide. You need your Redirect DN entered as Vmsg center 1, it's default on the telephones and lines.

Also check the Msg. Set box on your private target lines going to the extensions on the 50's.

You will need to have the MCDN keycode on the bcms to have the msg waiting indication to work... im pretty sure. had the same problem and that solved it for me
