BCM 400 with 3.6 & Softphone 2050 with VISTA

our customer is utilizing vista and has softphone i2050, version 1.4.0 build 363, march 19, 2004 and they are stating that it is incompatible with the Vista OS. Is there a version that I can get them that is Vista capable or no. thank you.

2050 v2.2.264 works on Vista. In the 2050 settings, under "Audio", set Quality setting to 4 or higher.

will the file upgrade their existing version? I have downloaded it from Nortel's website however it states it is an upgrade version only.
