BCM 400 w/Microsoft VISTA 1

I have a customer that has a new PC running the new Microsoft VISTA software and has a BCM 400(4.0)and cannot access programing on the BCM. Is there a patch to remedy this??

I think so. Check Nortel site and look up what the latest service update patch covers.

Take the latest patch available. SU.system.006 and Desktop patch .004, It already incorporate the Vista patch.
