Ah. That would make a difference. I'm assuming it's a Norstar DID card with a FEM in the BCM, or did you get your hands on BCM 4.0 with one of the new analog DID cards?
No complaints about DID calls direct to phones?
If you have one of the outbound COT trunks routed to VM and they call it, do they notice a difference?
I'm still thinking it might be a signal level on the trunks, but I've only had one customer with analog DID on a BCM. If all else fails and you have a spare DID card handy, it might be worthwhile to swap it just for kicks.
