BCM 400 Voicemail

Good morning all. I have a BCM 400 3.7 And i just got a call that this mornng all mail boxes were Locked. Any one out there know ( Why ) This would happen the IT Director had to reset them all. Any answer's Thank's

You would really need to log into the BCM 400 and go to the Alarm section to see if any events were recorded. It was quite common for the older releases to have problems whereby the IP and voicemail had stopped working, but everything else was OK.

Could be some one trying to access the mailboxes externally .
Hackers are always trying to get into the systems this way
