BCM 400 voicemail ?

Calls come in and are immidiatley answered by AA. Caller is then instructed to check the status of an order press 1, path 1 then goes to an operator who checks the status of the order for them.

My question is can the BCM, or a 3rd party software be interfaced with the system, where caller press 1 for order status, and is transfered to somthing that would promt caller for an order number. Once the order number is entered caller will recieve a tracking number or tell the caller when the order will be shipped. If not possible on BCM can someone recomend a good 3rd party software?
 

You're looking at an IVR, there's one on the bcm but i never installed it, maybe someone else here did?
 
I'd look to a 3rd party application. BCM IVR is very expensive and very difficult to program.

Thanks guys. Has anyone installed a third party IVR? If so can you point me at a specific one?
