We have a customer with a BCM400 Ver 4 and over 100 UM seats .
They are migrating from Office 2007 to 2010 .
Unified messaging will install the into Outlook 2010.
When they try to access the Desktop Messaging account in
Outlook 2010 it gives the error "The set of folders cannot be Found"
The basic settings for the BCM are correct, they have been
setup on Outlook 2007 hundreds of times .
Questions
Has anyone had succes with UM and Outlook 2010 ?
And if so which which BCM version and Service update level?.
