BCM 400 ver 4.0 feature question

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of a features a specifications manual for the BCM 400 ver 4.0?
How many characters are available for station names?

Thank you. Seven is what we got but it seemed like an odd number of characters. I have access to Nortel, but I cannot find a manual that outlines F&S. Is there an ntp number you can refer me to?

BCM Doc's do not use NTP's.They are just manuals or guides.
On the CD or PDF's on line.

ya 7 is an odd number ... it was chosen as it was the # of digits in a local tel #
(could have been someone's lucky #)
