BCM 400 V. 3.7 Backup - Can't configure volume

Trying to configure a backup volume. Might add there is new network (Microsoft SBS 2003)that has been installed. Previously, under peer-to-peer b/u worked ok.

Whatever options tried result in ''An error has occurred when attempting to connect to the remote drive'' Error: 1222 The network is not present or not started.

Even tried connecting to configure to go to outside ftp site w/o success.
