BCM-400 upgrade from 3.01 to 4.0

Does anyone have any experience in upgrading a 400 from 3.01 to 4.0. As I understand it, we'll first upgrade from 3.01 to 3.6 and this upgrade is free. From there we will upgrade to 3.7 and then 4.0.

I'm wondering if the upgrade tools work? How long this may take and anything else anyone could tell me about migrating from 3.01 to 4.0.

Upgrade from 3.01 to 3.6. No need to go to 3.7. You can then upgrade from 3.6 to 4.0.

Takes about two hours per step. Plan on 4 hours minimum.

Will I be able to keep programming data such as DN's, mailboxes etc... if I use the upgrade tools as suggested by Nortel?
