I am going to be upgrading BCM400 from 3.0 to 3.6 to 4.0, and i have the keycods for the upgrades. I made a mistake by generating the 3.6 to 4.0 keycode first. When i went to generate the 3.0 to 3.6 keycode Nortel say the keycode can't be upgraded. I am sure it has to do with me generating the 4.0 keycode first. Can i delete the keycods an try again? I looked on nortel web site and could not fined a way to fix it. Thank you in advance.
