BCM 400 unified messaging

Hello,

How do you setup unified desktop messaging for fax in the bcm,

on the user side i have installed the software and can receive callpilot messages in outlook ,,


i would like to know where in the bcm do you add the vpim and fqdn,
also for an incoming fax how do you set the fax DN and does it play a message when called like in callpilot for cs1000s,

in short how do i set up fax service in the bcm using unified messaging,

VPIM would be in the Callpilot. Remember UM works w/ Callpilot programming not the BCM programming.

VPIM has nothing to do with fax.
In the users mailbox that you want to have a fax DID, put the target line in the 'express message line' field. You also have to make sure you have a fax license and fax resources assigned in the BCM.
