Bcm 400 Unified Message Problem YOUR MAILBOX DOES NOT HAVE DESKTOP CAPABILITIES

When logging into UM I get YOUR MAILBOX DOES NOT HAVE DESKTOP CAPABILITIES. I have plenty of licenses 128 Active I have tried
using different versions of the software same problem . I read from someone else that they had the same exact problem he found
the fix but only wrote memory ??? ( It is import to put what the fix actually was that is how we all learn . Do I need to add more ram to the BCM to get this to work? I am can only guess do to the vague response to the problem I have also reloaded the key licenses , No change I have room for one more stick of RAM is that the answer who knows it seems only Dan the riddler does I'll light up the Bat signal hopefully I will get a Response.

Check Class of service matches a working mailbox that has UM

We have no other mailboxes with unified messaging working class of service has nothing to do with the problem as was noted in a prior thread from a different vendor the same problem occurred he also tried Class of service changes and made no difference there's no notation what changes acclimating class service for unified messaging Please note this is a BCM 400 not a call Pailet 100 or 150

The problem was solved by adding ram
To the bcm once you activate 100 um keycodes
Additional ram is needed
