BCM 400 - Timing, Frequency, Master/Slave Questions

Having issues with our point-to-point connection and our provider is pointing to a few things.

1. Timing Issue
2. Frequency Issue
3. Master/Slave Issue

Can any of you tell me where these settings are on the BCM 400? I have scoured everywhere for them.

I don't see 'Media Bay Module'. All that I see is Media Gateways. What kind of terminology do they use for 'Master/Slave' or timing settings, because I don't see anything relevant to that?

Whatyou have is for the 3.7 BCM you must have a 4.0 or BCM 50.
Look in resorces telephony resources you will see the cards and open the T1 card and there are the settings.
