BCM 400 System Sound Level

Hi Everyone,
On a BCM 400 system when someone is paged, the sound levels are obnoxious! We can adjust the phones manually but after each reboot of the system the settings are lost. Are there levels we can set on the BCM? Thank you for any guidance.
