I have a BCM 400 Rls 4.0 with 2 SIP trunks. Im running an SCS (SipX) server with phones registered to it. I am trying to use the PRI that is installed on the BCM to allow my SIP phones to dial out. I can dial from the SIP phones to the BCM phones with no problem but thats about it.

When I try to dial out from the SIP phones, the BCM Monitor shows the call passing thru the SIP trunks and then sending the proper digits out on the PRI line. Right after that the BCM drops the call on both the SIP and PRI trunks. Can anybody at least point me to a possible reason why this is happening?

I also have my remote packages setup to include the SIP trunks and PRI trunks.

It is probaly the CLID the SIP phones are sending out. It needs to be the BTN or a DID on the PRI. THE CO is rejecting the call.
There is a tab in the monitor you can see the setup of the call and what the CLID is or not.

Tried that but still no dice. I do have 2 new pieces of information.

1. I get a message from the SIP server that "The caller you are trying to reach is unavailable"
2. The DNIS in the BCM Monitor is showing the access code for the PRI trunks followed by the first 9 digits of the dialed call (e.g.; 9-1-XXX-XXX-XX). There should be 11 obviously
