Just want to make sure i am not missing anything before this vendor meet.

customer has bcm400 4.0 with pri

they changed vendors and now all of a sudden caller id does not work

double checked that caller id set is checked and even the customer is positive its the vendor.

they refuse to send a tech out and im sure they are trying to get me to go out there and make the changes for them so they dont have to pay to send someone out.

anything i am missing before i go out there?
 
There is nothing that you are going to be able to do by going out to the customers. The only thing that the system controls is whether you see the Caller ID before or after you answer the incoming call. Call the telco vendor yourself & explain to them what you need from them .You have to be very vigilent when dealing with some of these local telcos.
 
Since it is a PRI they may not have matched up protocols exactly. Tell them how your end is programmed (NI2, etc) and they may be able to make a change on their end that will restore CLID.
