Just want to make sure i am not missing anything before this vendor meet.
customer has bcm400 4.0 with pri
they changed vendors and now all of a sudden caller id does not work
double checked that caller id set is checked and even the customer is positive its the vendor.
they refuse to send a tech out and im sure they are trying to get me to go out there and make the changes for them so they dont have to pay to send someone out.
anything i am missing before i go out there?
