I need to replace the primary drive. Has anyone tried this?
I havn't found and docs for this. I just want to make sure the backup writes to the primary.

thanks

Just need to verify that the system does see that the primary has failed, shutdown the system and replace the primary with a blank drive. When you start the system back up, it will sync the redundant drive to the new primary.

Update

Replaced the bad drive with a Nortel programmed drive as they call it.
4hrs later most of the programming was there but not all.
Then I needed to do a restore from the backup I took before I started.

Next time I'll install a blank drive.

Thanks
