BCM 400 rls 3.6 with all current patches applied. The RCC software stopped collecting records from the bcm on 12/9/13. We have reset the bcm, tried reloading the rcc software, loaded the rcc software on a new XP machine and it will not pull any of the data from the bcm 400. The status screen says it is connected (ok green) but no call records are transferred to the rcc machine. Also the ccrstest.htm fails. Is there a way to clear the rcc database in the bcm? Thanks
