I have a small Call-Center(10 agents) set up at the same location as the BCM 400. They work on digital sets. Everything works great. There are 16 IP sets off of the BCM at another site. Calls have no problem going between the 2 sites. At the remote site(IP sets) I am trying to set up 2 Agents. Set up ok. Can log in to queue ok. When a call is delivered to set, the intercom button rings but cannot answer it. It just keeps ringing and eventually forces the agent off. If I log the agent off, I can call the Intercom of the IP set from the Main site with no problem. Do I have a network problem? Any help is appreciated.

If the call is ringing the set then there is no networking problem unless you have a voice path issue.

When you say they cannot answer the call, do you mean that the user presses the incalls button and there is no response?

That is correct, when they press the Intercom Key(In calls key), they cannot answer the call. Just keeps on ringing.

What version of BCM and is it patched completely.

Also, to be sure, there are no issues calling IP set to IP set, IP to TDM and IP to PSTN?
