I have a BCM 400 Rel 4.0. Some of the users can access their mailboxes by pressing ** at a greeting or AA prompt but others get "Exiting the system" and are disconnected. The system has been rebooted with no effect. They have all initialized their mailboxes and we also tried using 88 instead of **. Any suggestions?

Check the CoS. Make sure they are able to get remote access.
