Have a customer that can't log into the element manager keeps getting unable to connect- (IP address) error 80004. It was fine yesterday. Any ideas on what could be the cause of this.
 
try logging into the monitor. BCM 400 have this behaviour. Most of the times a reboot works , however I always first log onto the monitor using the same details and if I connect the I reboot.
