BCM 400 Release 4.0 ACD

Have an ACD agent that they are getting the following, does anybody have any experience on this error:

Green Light: Connection Status
Red Light: There is a CDN Conflict with the ADS skillset using CDN 200

Check Agent Alarm

Sounds as if the agent extn number is the same as the cDNA for the skillset.
