I have an issue with the mess waiting lights they only stay on for a few seconds. When outlook gets the message using desktop messaging something down the bottom will say send/receive and then the light on the phone goes out. When you log into call pilot to check your mess it will tell you you have a saved message not a new one. So if the customer isn't checking their email they do not know they had a new message. Has anyone come across this issue? They are using both outlook xp and 2003.
