How can I do a factory reset for BCM 400 release 37.?

Thanks

Use the startup wizard. It'll erase oall telephony programming.

Then do a reinstall of the call pilot thru telset using option 1(reinstall).

You'll still have LAN programming. Running the BitTool is the only way to totally default, not that you need to.

Under the backup/restore there is also a restore option that is factory default, it does retain your keycodes though when this is used.

I try to use the Image Tool but I need the Acces code when can I get it?, it's the same we use when we start the VNC session?

Im using this Image Tool Disk version: 4.0 GA Software for Imaging Tool DISK: 1-2-3, Build 2.03a and I have a BCM 3.7 Can I use this Image in my BCM?

no. your disc is for a BCM 4.0. 4.0 & 3.7 use different platforms

Like said before even if you re-image , you will still retain the telephony programming unless you do like Dasheen mentionned.
