BCM 400 Rel 3.5 International Calling

I am able to dial France which is a 14 digit #
But when I dial England which a 15 digit # i am getting a wave off tone from the BCM

I have all restrictions set to the Default setting 02

You need to raise your digits in the public dialing plan to 15 for international calls.
