bcm 400 r4 voicemail issue

I found this thread and I'm having the exact same problem with voice mail. Anyone else run into this one?
 
System is patched. I did the re-install of voice mail. Hard drive has been replaced. All voice mail, telephony, backup / restore, patch's seem to work just fine. The only problem is the canned prompts.
 
But are the latest patches in this unit? They create patches all the time, and I've been told that a BCM was patched, but not with the latest patches. I do remember reading something about this issue in the readme notes of patches.
 
Then you either have a bad hard drive, with bad sectors, or corrupted data on it. That recording is off the hard drive.
You might backup the BCM files and replace the hard drive, then do a restore. Than you can reload the imagine software on the old drive and try it in a lab system.
