I have recently installed a BCM 400 3.7 that I have a few kinks I need help on. 1.) I am trying to CFW to an external number. Set-up route, dest. code, allow redirect on phone, still does nothing when I input number. I press CFW enter dest code + number and number just stays in diplay til feature timeouts. ????? 2.) Main Recept phone wants a mailbox for her ext and different mailbox for her target lines. Possible?? 3.) Have a DID number that just needs to be a mailbox ext, no phone, guest mailbox?? How do I make that work. First BCM, but very familar with M1 and Norstars. Any help will be appreciated.
