I am working with a BCM 400. When I go to "System" and then to "Identification" and look at the "System Model" it says it is a BCM 200. It is running Version 4.0.2.03a. This is a BCM 400 or so the cabinet says. Why is the "System Model" field saying a BCM 200?

...also, when I try to look at the keycodes I get a message "Registered object could not be found." I clock "OK" and it brings up the Keycode screen, but there is no system ID listed. Any thoughts?

sounds like someone has the wrong MSC card in a BCM400 chassis. Does the MSC card have an RJ45 looking connecter on it next to the headphone jacks?

I pulled out the BFT and it is labeled "BCM 200 BFT w/Modem." That pretty well answers my question!
