BCM 400 programing

Have a customer accessing the programing for the BCM 400 w/3.7 sw. They are trying to change a speed dail number but are unable to and are getting "Program currently not avaible please try again later. Any ideas??

It is thru the browser and it does work thru the phone. Could it be an issue with the JAVA??

First time i've heard that on a BCM 3.7. Usually you have that kind of message on the 2.0 or 2.5.....
In that release that message means all MSC resources are busy and you have to wait to access the telephony configurations.
If you're hurry just shutdown the system and turn off/on your BCM, after that you have the complete access to your BCM.
