Is there any way to print out paper hard copies of a BCM 400 database? i.e. extention records, trunking, config, etc. I have a customer that wants all of this information on paper for DR purposes. I know this can be done on the Meridian 1 PBXs through LD20 - LD22 print routines, but I'm new to the BCMs and don't know if I can do this.

The only way is to download the configuration file from the CD (excel format), and manually input all the information.
No other easy way at present.

1. Login via SSH
2. Use the command line
3. Goto: F:\Program Files\Nortel Networks\Voice Solution
4. Run telinv.exe
5. Read Instructions
telinv.exe will create a XML file that you can download by enabling the BCM drive shares.
