We are having issues with our CallPilot Desktop Messaging (plugin) folders in Outlook. Before we take the plunge and install the latest patch (BCM.R400.SU.System.027-201004), I just wanted to see if anyone else has applied it yet and experienced any issues?
And to the ROW... FYI: thus far the upgrade went well and worth the time. All our Faxes and VM messages now come into our standard Outlook Inbox (no more CallPilot Inbox with inability to use Forwarding Rules) and without the need for a dedicated web server. Our BCM400 finally works as the documentation states. This is truly hard to believe.
