BCM 400 Password

Problem is I have 3 users
1.ee_admin ( someone changed the default password)
2 I have the password and user
3. I have the password and user

The problem is I was logged on as user 2 and created user 3 for dial in access. I set user 3 as a Dialup and worked like a charm.

But the Dialup user could not modify anything so I decided to log on again with user 2 who has now change to a Read only user . I was the only one in the system and did not modify that user.

so I now have user 1 with no password
user 2 read only and I could not modify it and user 3 dialup which I could not modify either.

any tricks or help would be great besides getting a new hard drive?

I don't uderstand how my supervisor user changed to read only.

Do you think ETAS has a user that doesn't show up under User Manager that they can log in with ?

They have a back door, but they charge alot.

found a thread to us eedge as the password and it worked for ee_admin. saved me!
